Florida State University (FSU) running back Dalvin Cook was accused of hitting a woman outside of a Tallahassee bar on June 23, 2015. On June 24, FSU quarterback De'Andre Johnson was caught on video punching a woman in the face in a Talahassee bar.
Johnson has been dismissed from the FSU Seminoles football team and was charged with battery. Cook has also been charged with battery.
Newark Litigation Attorney Erin Ehrlich appeared on CNN on July 11, 2015 to discuss these instances, including whether or not Johnson may see additional charges due to the video, as well as Cook's known history of violence in the past. Watch the video to learn more!
