Derek Reed, Esq. has been named a board member of the Property Owners Association of New Jersey ("POA"). The POA exists to bring together owners and operators of residential real estate, interested persons, and related industry personnel for educational and information sharing purposes. The organization is comprised of owners and managers of apartment units and other individuals who work in fields related to the housing industry. Derek has also been selected to teach "Testifying at Trial and Administrative Procedure" at Rutgers University, School of Continuing Legal Education, for the spring 2012 semester.
