Daniel M. Zaslavsky is an associate attorney at Ehrlich, Petriello, Gudin, Plaza & Reed P.C. who concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, business organizations, and landlord-tenant law. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey. Mr. Zaslavsky graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in philosophy. Mr. Zaslavsky received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in 2024 with a certificate in Corporate and Business Law from the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance. At Rutgers Law, he was president of the Jewish Law Students Association and was involved with the Student Bar Association, the International Law Society, and the Labor and Employment Law Society. During law school, Mr. Zaslavsky also worked in the Rutgers Community and Transactional Law Clinic and interned at Essex-Newark Legal Services.
